As one of the founding directors of the WS Group, Tim's vision for, and commitment to the Whitsunday region is widely acknowledged in the area.
As the company's Chairman of Directors, Tim's business skills and foresight has been the backbone of the company's development. His overseeing role ensures the company remains focussed on clients needs while at the same time ensuring that the corporate objectives are being met.
As a resident of Proserpine for the last 35 years Tim has acquired an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the region's social and economic drivers and has had significant influence and positive impact on the area's economic and social achievements.
His commitment and dedication to the local community are evidenced by his serving two terms as a local government Shire Councillor and also by his ongoing involvement and leadership in community service organisations. Tim has also dedicated much time to the profession and is a past Northern Group Chairman of the Institute and a past Board member of SIBA for over 10 years.
Tim has been registered as a surveyor with a cadastral endorsement with the Queensland Surveyors Board since 1975 and has many years of experience in most forms of surveying. Tim's main areas of activity since 1990 have been in the town planning and project coordination areas of the company.
