Anne-Katrin Zareh
Prior to moving to Australia, Anne graduated with a Bachelor in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Mannheim in Germany in 2004. During her studies she visited many different areas of Europe to gain experience and to learn about different planning strategies.
After she relocated to Australia, Anne commenced a full-time Masters Course in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Queensland. Her studies gave her a good knowledge of the Queensland town planning system and processes with the main emphasis on planning and environmental law, urban design and sustainable development. Anne graduated with a thesis on the housing issues in large scale housing estates which addressed strategic and statutory planning issues as well as social and economic aspects.
After completing her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, Anne joined WS Group in 2007 as a Town Planner. Her in-depth knowledge of Planning Legislation and strong writing skills for the preparation of development applications makes her an invaluable addition to the WS Group planning team.
